Leah Hanson-Peckham

Hello, and welcome to Whitefish, Montana. I found myself exploring this part of the woods after happily marrying my soul mate and traveling from Santa Fe, New Mexico, to Wisconsin, down to Florida, and finally swooping back up to the West, settling here. I grew up in a family of care-givers, my father being a nurse, and my mother a counselor, I always had someone to check my temperature, and listen to my thoughts. So naturally I fell into the field of health care. I gave it a good shot as a radiology technologist, but soon realized that I wasn't happy, or healthy, working in a hospital. I knew I wanted to delve into the world of alternative medicine, but it wasn't until I did some traveling and soul searching that I found the place for me. With the encouragement of my husband, I enrolled in the Scherer Institute of Natural Healing down in Santa Fe, New Mexico. There, my questions were answered and another story of my life began. I am honored to be working in an environment of loving, caring individuals, where I can spread my wings and be supported by my fellow professionals.

Here at Rolling Mirror Massage, I am happy to offer nurturing therapeutic massage, a blend of deep tissue, relaxation, healing quality of touch, and medical massage. I am also trained in connective tissue bodywork, a form of structural integration. I am currently studying reiki, and look forward to discovering cranial-sacral techniques. I'm am nationally certified and a member of the American Massage Association.
